Techno met bezieling- Mind:Form @ Waakzaamheid, Koog a/d Zaan - 31 mei

Na een onderbreking van twee maanden was het tijd voor een volgende Mind:Form. Net als in januari en februari vond deze plaats in de Waakzaamheid in Koog aan de Zaan. Dit is de locatie waar Looseclub and InDeep'n'Dance Records 'Techno met bezieling' brengt. De vorige twee edities lieten ons onder andere John Thomas, Deetron en Rino Cerrone zien. De voorkeur van deze organisatie voor Napolitanen staat vast. Voor deze editie waren, naast de Italiaan Gaetano Parisio, Steve Rachmad, The Advent and DJ DEXON aka ELEKTRIK BUDDIEZ.

Afgelopen jaar organiseerde Freshtechno nog het geslaagde Technoscope voor het ADE 2004. Monday, June 6 (eve of a public holiday) will see a great event happening at Buskett Roadhouse hosting five international deejays courtesy of Fused DJing and Sonar Promotions in collaboration with Meganite.

A massive Various Artists release from the Patterns camp. Get it for the smooth synth groove of Metroline's Slightly Shifted, or for Michael Burkat's filtered pounder titled Leaving it all behind.

If that's not enough for you - check the flipside for Tom Hades' superb tribal outburst with a huge driving bassline (somehow I just get enough of that sound, you know what I mean?). Closing out this terrific record is an excellent straight techno cut from Dexon.

This one is a must!

Zaterdag 13 februari zal Onderstroom er weer een hartelijke bende van maken!

Niets rode hartjes maar wel vette baslijnen van Dexon en Tron!

Dexon (eigenaar van de platenzaak 'In Deep and Dance records' en organisator van ‘Whats on your mind on tuesdaynight?’ in de Korsakoff) wind er geen doekjes om. Zijn ‘Whats on your mind’ loopt als een trein en binnenkort zal hij een plaat op zijn eigen label releasen waarop tracks van Marco Nastic, Carlos Rios, Jeff Rushin en Dexon zelf staan.

Tron, resident van Electronation is zo veelzijdig als het maar kan! Naast zijn eigen Discoscene avonden in de Flexbar is Tron heel goed in staat om fijne techno setjes weg te geven. Speciaal voor ons een technoset van deze disco -electro koning!

‘Fuck Valentijn’ omdat Onderstroom geen Valentijn nodig heeft! Niks geen commercie maar ONDERSTROOMSE TECHNO met hier en daar een melodieuze tint van Mark Boon, een funky sound van Wub en een diepe toon van Rosie!

Samen met de visuals van F zal Onderstroom er weer een bijzondere nacht van gaan maken.

Dus gooi je Valentijn ideeën overboord en kom gewoon gezellig een biertje met ons doen!
